Gossip TMZ reports Clay Aiken's diva-like behavior has got Joshua Willard, who won a North Carolina singing competition to perform with the 'American Idol' season two runner-up upset. Aiken is being accused of booting the 15-year-old boy off of a concert line-up simply because he wasn't festive enough when choosing to sing Stevie Wonder's 'Superstition' with the Greensboro Symphony during Clay's Holiday concert on Saturday.

Lindsay Lohan Squashes Feud With Scott Storch

"They met at the door with hugs," a source told the paper. When the pair left the club, the tipster added that "Storch even let Lohan drive his million-dollar Bugatti home." Mariah Takes on Porn Star
TheSmokingGun.com has posted a copy of the legal filing Mariah's company, Automatic Princess Holdings, has filed against adult entertainment star Mary Carey.

After threatening legal action to protect her valuable name from an encroaching porn star, Mariah Carey yesterday filed a formal opposition to the bid by actress (and former California gubernatorial candidate) Mary Carey to trademark her stage name. In a notice filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the pop singer's company, Automatic Princess Holdings, argues that Mary Carey's bid to trademark her name for use in adult films, DVDs, cassettes, computer programs, and other commercial endeavors is likely to result in confusion for the consumer.

The public, Mariah Carey contends, is "likely to mistakenly associate the goods offered" by Mary Carey--whose real name is Mary Cook--with the performer's "goods and services." The December 27 notice of opposition, a copy of which you'll find below, requests that Mary Carey's trademark attempt be rejected by USPTO officials.

Mary Carey, 26, has appeared in films like "Hot Showers 6" and "Lesbian Big Boob Bangeroo 2," and received 11,000 votes in her 2003 election won by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Mariah Carey, 36, is, as her filing notes, "a world-famous singer, musical performer, and celebrity." She also appeared in the 2001 film "Glitter."

Diddy's A Daddy — Again (And Again!)
The Bad Boy impresario and his longtime girlfriend, Kim Porter, welcomed twin baby girls into the world Thursday morning (December 21) at an undisclosed hospital in New York, his publicist confirmed to MTV News.

The children are Diddy and Porter's second and third together; their son, Christian, is 8 years old. Porter gave birth at approximately 7:56 a.m. to the first child, D'Lila Star Combs, who weighed 5 pounds. Jessie James Combs, weighing in at 5 pounds, 4 ounces, followed just two minutes later. The children were named after "two people who had an enormous influence on both Kim and Sean's lives," Diddy's rep, Robert Zimmerman said in a statement: Porter's grandmother, Lila Star, and Diddy's grandmother, Jessie Smalls.

Britney Get's a Tat!
First she hung with Paris Hilton. Next came the public, no-panty incidents. Last weekend Britney was reportedly dancing on a burlesque bar and now that she has continued on her wild streak by getting a new tattoo!

Tuesday night in Studio City, Brit was joined by little sister Jamie Lynn and an unidentified friend who watched as a star was inked on Britney's right hand. Dressed in a furry, winter coat, the singer turned up at Devil Doll Tattoo & Body Piercing around 10 PM to have the item put on.

A painful area to have tattooed, Britney now joins the company of Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, rocker Dave Navarro and REM's Michael Stipe, all of which bear ink on that particular body part.

Now we can all have a truly happy holiday season, as the title has been released for the 7th Harry Potter book! The title, as J.K Rowling states, is "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows."

No publication date or other details were offered. Rowling is still working on the book, she explained on her Web site in an entry posted early Thursday.

"I'm now writing scenes that have been planned, in some cases, for a dozen years or even more," she wrote. "I don't think anyone who has not been in a similar situation can possibly know how this feels: I am alternately elated and overwrought. I both want, and don't want, to finish this book (don't worry, I will.)"

Bette Midler spoke with 'Extra' about her new holiday album 'Cool Yule', where the veteran singer/actress was asked if she's been naughty or nice this year. "I have been Miss Prim and Proper," she insisted. "I've been the other side of these wild and woolly sluts that we are seeing around our lives these days. I'm wearing underwear. I'm wearing a lot of underwear. In fact, I'm wearing all the underwear that those girls are not wearing, at least two bras and several pairs of panties, plus some panty hose." Asked what she had to say to Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and Lindsay Lohan for their pantiless exploits, Midler said, "Girls, get a life, get a grip. I mean, someone should sit those ladies down."
