Official PayPal Seal Presents:
Aaron James Karr
we're wild about pop culture!
WW: Hello Aaron, How are you?
Aaron: Great! I have been very busy these past few days, but very
excited about all that is happening!

WW: Tell us a little about you, your life.
Aaron: Wow! That's a loaded question! Haha. I am 15,
(just had my 15th on Oct 3rd.) I have a 50 state tour coming up, a
CD to be released in the new few weeks, and right in the middle of
shooting a music video!

WW: Did music always influence you?
Aaron:  I have always loved music. Growing up, my dad has exposed
me to all kinds of music from Pop, Country and Western, to Opera!
My Grandma Karr was an Opera singer in Australia so it is her that I
get my vocals from!

WW: Do you write your own lyrics?
Aaron: Yes. My CD single coming out soon has my first two attempts at writing, and from everything I've heard I have done a good job. I guess time will tell?

WW: Where do you get the inspiration to write yourown lyrics?
Aaron: Mostly from the things that either happen to my personally or through the life of people I know. I love watching people so lots of times I just sit watch and write.

WW: Could you explain your type of music to us?
Aaron: Well, I really love POP music, you know the heavy beat and rhythm that goes with it? But, I also love the Blues and the way the beat drags, so my music is somewhere in between, but Smokey Robinson.

WW: Do you have any CD's out, where can we get them?
Aaron: I have a patriotic CD out, Red White & Blue. It was really my first attempt in a recording studio and actually my demo. It is so strange listening to it now because I sound so young on it. But it serves as a great reminder to why I started in the first place! (available online and at local Deseret Book Stores)

WW: If you had the chance to work with any other artist, who would you like to work with?
Aaron: If he was still alive today, it would be Elvis! He was awesome! Today it would be Michael Jackson and Justin T.

WW: What music are you currently listening to?
Aaron: I have been so busy recording my own that I really haven't had the time to listen. But I go over MJ and JT all the time. I love JT's vocal ability and, for a white boy, he can dance! LOL

WW: What do you have in store for the future?
Aaron: Well, the near future is the tour, the release of my CD & video, and perhaps some other big secrets that are still in the works! LOL My goal is to shoot for the Teen Choice Awards and a Grammy ... or two?

WW: Thanks! Wild Writings wishes you the best in your future music career.
Aaron: Hey! Thanks for allowing me to chat with you guys! I know we will talk again real soon, so see ya! 'Til then!
